A cease-and-desist notice is delivered directly to the identified owner, laying out the evidence, host violations, and statutory exposure under DMCA/WIPO.
Binding Settlement Covenant
The operator signs an out-of-court covenant binding them against redistributing, re-uploading, or hosting any pirated materials across any domain or channel.
Civil Litigation Escalation
If the operator refuses, the complete evidence bundle — OSINT trace, domain logs, channel breach timeline — is handed over for civil enforcement.

A channel or website can be cloned, but once an operator is served a formal warning and signs a settlement, they are legally on notice and face personal civil liability if they restart.
